The role of employees in evolving enterprises is changing fast. Employees are no more executors of tasks that are ordained by the “management”. On the contrary, they are entrepreneurial and need to express themselves as individuals with their own goals and ambitions. The enterprise needs to provide them the environment to achieve these goals and ambitions.
